The Model group has been running for about four months now and we are stationed in the large room next to the Gym. The group meets every Thursday afternoon and is growing in popularity .We have just finished our first project which is a 28mm scale ruined castle. In the next few weeks we hope to do a detailed build log of the project, but for the time being we will post some pictures foryou to look at.

ReplyDeletewe enjoyed taking part in the modeling group having never used 28mm scale blocks before it was a challenge to see how the system all came together. As the build progressed we gained confidence through learning new skills. Everyone played apart in the building and painting of the model we hope to continue in the future.

Hi my name is Barry i am a member of the model group who have just finished our first project, in which every member took part in creating the model shown above, everyone enjoyed this building and the painting of this project, we would like to say a big thank you to Neil who without his input and materials this could not have happened, We hope that for future projects the Centre will in someway will fund future projects, as Neil cannot be expected to carry on supplying materials, We all enjoyed this group very much, and are very hopefull that the Centre will help us with future projects.
